Great house for a quick getaway!

We came to Casa Verde for part of our Spring Break. We arrived around 9pm and home entry was a bit confusing - the main door is actually the pool door. There were a few internet outages during our stay, but my husband located the box and reset it. We had an issue with the pool heater but it was addressed within a couple of hours by management, which was great! The home and pool are both very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the bedrooms were comfortable with great mattresses. I highly recommend requesting the pool be heated for this time of year. My only recommendations would be to add some bathroom rugs for comfort and provide at least a few beach towels since there is a pool.

September 2021 Stay

This house is beautiful and well maintained. I would not rent here for the next several months. The lot next door just started construction and the noise it awful. The first Monday we were there they started tamping down huge support beams. It was so loud (over 90 decibels at times) and the whole house shook. I emailed 360 about it and they told me the property manager would get back to me. They never did. Also, on 2 separate occasions a roofer was sent to fix a leak and we weren’t notified they were coming till after the workers were already there and the second time we were not notified at all. Overall our whole vacation was a disaster. I would not recommend this place for the next several months or renting through 360 blue. We wasted so much money, time and our vacation here.

Great house!

Big house with comfy living spaces & rooms. Close to beach and various shops & local spots. Screened in upstairs porch and “bird’s nest” up top were both really great for end-of-day/sunset. The pool was popular - water never too cold, always very nice temp. We really enjoyed our stay!
