Family beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at the Charming Grouper! The app Coastal Blue Vacations provides makes everything super easy to navigate. The beds were all comfortable & I personally loved that the master bedroom was a separate area of the main floor. Kim was very accommodating!

We loved our stay!!

Great Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this rental. Everything from the location to the house itself. The house is very cleaned and maintained. It offers many conveniences made our stay more comfortable such as beach chairs, outdoor shower, golf cart, etc. this is by far one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. Already looking to book this place in the future. Beach access was very close and was not overly crowded. We were able to set up beach chairs every morning with no issues! You will love this place. 10/10 recommend!!!

Great house and fun vacation!

We had a great time in the Dune Allen beach area. The Charming Grouper is a great house in good (new like) condition. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and everyone enjoyed the house. The beach is walkable from the house but the golf cart made it very easy and fast to get there. The other great thing is the house comes with chairs and other beach essentials to make the experience convenient and fun. The only challenge is that the house faces west causing the temperature to rise in the afternoon to 78 but then cool back off by morning. It was manageable for us and wouldn't prevent us from booking in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacationed with our 2 adult children/family. They layout was perfect, each having own bathroom and the sleeping nook for the 2 older granddaughters. House had everything we needed, from kitchen to beach supplies. The location really is a short walk. We got good use of the golf cart, transporting folks back and forth from Dune Allen beach access. Pool is nice size and close. Our only complaint was the wifi access only worked 20% of the time, which is needed to watch TV. We rebooted often, but that didn't work.

Gorgeous in Every Way

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were lucky enough to stay at The Charming Grouper over spring break. The home is wo well appointed, you feel like you are staying at a friends house. Everything you could possibly want to borrow when you are on vacation, is there for you. The golf cart is the biggest plus of all - it makes getting around SO EASY and SO FUN. The beach is super close - you could walk - but it's way more fun to take the golf cart. The location of this home is just perfect...close to everything - and in a very quiet, family orientated community. The only thing that was just a bit off were the linens and pillows - they were really not on par with the overall quality of the home. I actually considered running to a store to buy some more comfortable sheets. But honestly, that is minimal. The place is perfect and we will definitely make time to come back to it. Thank you for the wonderful vacation and for sharing your piece of paradise with us for a while.

PERFECT ADULT GETAWAY!

This lovely home was the perfect adult getaway! The house was stocked with everything you could ever want. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook any meal. Not that we used anything but 1 pot to make tea. It was nicely decorated too!! The owners of this house really wants its renters to be happy!!!! The golf cart was the added bonus that made us decide on this property!!! Perfect for going to beach and supper at night. It was the nicest golf cart that we have every got when at 30A!!

Perfect Spring Break!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented The Charming Grouper for 2 weeks so we could work a little and vacation a little. Our grown children and a couple grandkids joined us periodically over those two weeks. Everything about this house was exceptional: great location, just a short walk from the beach, a quiet community, comfortable bedrooms, a large and inviting common space for dining, hanging out, and cooking, and a fun golf cart to scoot around town in. Everyone had their own bathroom, the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and wagon made it easy to enjoy the shores of Santa Rosa Beach. The neighborhood itself is the perfect combination of great local seafood, BBQ, music, and shopping without the huge crowds of some of the other seaside towns. The beaches here are so beautiful! I would also like to mention that the property manager was very responsive. We had trouble getting the golf cart key out of the lock box, and they were over to the house in less than 5 minutes to bust open the jammed lockbox and give us the key. All around a great 2 weeks:)

Little hiccup the first night as there was not lock code provided for the golf cart but that issue was resolved next day. There was so much beach equipment- wagons, many more chairs than listed, etc!
