This 3rd floor condo is the perfect choice if you are looking for an amazing beach vacation with gorgeous views and easy access to the Gulf.
On the first floor you're welcomed into an open concept living and dining room that is wonderfully coastal chic. You know you're on vacation when you walk into these views. Step out on your private balcony to take in the sights, sounds and smells that the gulf breeze and waves have to offer. This outdoor oasis offers plenty of seating for the family. Make your way back in the kitchen and you'll find stainless appliances, granite counters and an easy layout to make some wonderful home-cooked meals. A stacked washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
When you're ready to turn in for the evening, the 1st floor queen master bedroom will welcome you with a sense of serenity.
One the second floor you'll find a king master bedroom with attached bathroom featuring a double-sized shower and separate whirlpool tub. Plus this king bedroom loft features easy access to a fun nook for the kids -- a twin-over-twin bunk plus 1 twin bed.
Located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, Eastern Shores condominiums have unsurpassed views of the sugar white sands and azure waters. Crabbing and fishing make for great family fun at nearby Eastern Lake. Stroll along our sandy white beach or enjoy swimming in the warm, crystal waters of the Gulf.
Your stay at Eastern Shores 211 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. The condo was not clean, sand on floor, grit on tables and counters. Seemed to have been a water problem at some point and carpets were full of mold. It rained while we were there and our assigned parking space was under 3-5 inch puddle half the week.

Lovely stay!
We love Seagrove beach! Being beachfront is so nice! Comfortable condo, beautiful beach and shallow Eastern lake nearby for little ones to swim without waves. My only issues were the upstairs bedroom needs a door. And the one parking spot is a hassle if you have 2 cars but apparently 30A is so saturated with visitors this is common. And apparently you need to call ahead to the storage place with secured parking as we took our 2nd car and they were closed/booked. So we just took a chance and parked on the street, which is legal (but risky). We had a great time and look forward to returning!

Lovely condo Great view Needs minor adjustments
Television, dvr need instructions or new batteries in remotes. Toilet psper could have been higher quality. Unloading the dishwasher before we left was a bit of an inconvenience. Mildew in upstairs shower but I bought a bottle of bleach and got most of it. Beautiful spot. We will most likely rent this condo again.

We liked it so much we are coming back!
My family and I have stayed in this area a lot over the last 20 years. I have stayed in other units in eastern shores. Unit 211 is the penthouse. Two huge bathrooms a kitchen with everything. Plenty of towels.
We already booked a late aug return trip.

Nice Property in Perfect Location
The views from this condo can’t be beat, and its location is convenient to lots of great activities and restaurants. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and entertaining. We felt it could have been a little cleaner, but overall enjoyed our week here.

Air Conditioning
The downstairs A/C system did not work. The first day the inside temperature got up to 78 and the humidity was high through the next day inside. The outside temperature and humidity was much lower on days 3 and 4 to our good fortune.
Technicians worked all day on days 1 and 2 to no avail.
The view and location was wonderful and offset the inconvenience of being without A/C.

Great location and views
We really enjoyed staying here, especially for the price. There are little things: no elevator to get to the top floor, screened door was broken, and while we were there they were putting on a new roof and remodelling a couple of units which made it a little noisy. The views and location made up for those issues.

Best location in complex
Condo is a top floor east unit which gave us a perfect view of Eastern Lake from main floor and loft bedroom. Upstairs bedroom does not have a door, but didn’t cause problems for our family of 4. There is a separate A/C unit for the loft which kept it very cool. The unit was above average regarding the cleanliness. The only caveat is that the washing machine detergent drawer is inaccessible due to the bi-fold door. You will have to use a pod for detergent.
