Great house!

We have young kids and wanted to try staying close to Camp Watercolor this year. It was perfect! Loved being able to watch them play on the playground from the front porch swing. House was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Not much sun on the pool unfortunately. I really wish the management company would provide basic supplies (enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, salt and pepper). It's really a small annual cost when you're renting a property for over $2k/night. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect for our family, and the pool was a huge hit. The location couldn’t have been better — truly ideal for everything we wanted to do.There were a few minor hiccups: we had to reset the breaker to use the dishwasher and the third-floor lights, and the check-in instructions weren’t very clear about where to find the key. Accessing the bikes was a bit confusing at first and took some time to sort out, and the golf cart didn’t appear to be checked before our arrival.Based on the nightly rental rate, we would have appreciated a warmer welcome from the home — things like clearer instructions, a quick property check, or small thoughtful touches would have gone a long way.That said, none of these issues impacted our overall experience — they were just small annoyances. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend this property to any family or large group!
