Diamond guest service was impeccable.

Ocean Haven has the best panoramic view of the Gulf! We couldn't have asked for a better location. At the end of a dead-end street, we enjoyed serenity and low density on the beach. The house was missing a few kitchen tools such as kitchen shears and a wine opener. High marks for Diamond's quick response and immediate delivery of new ones to us. Do study the floor plan better than I did before renting. The kitchen and living space is very large and beautifully designed, but the bedrooms (except for master bedroom) are small with tiny closets. On the main living floor, there is one full bath - dedicated to the Queen bedroom - but across the hall and adjacent to the open kitchen (so no privacy and the lock didn't work). And since there is no half bath, this bathroom ends up being shared with others. Also, there is no bathroom on the ground floor for the small twin bed room and one of the king bedrooms on the third floor does not have an en suite bathroom.

Amazing home, location, beach access and views!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The home is well equipped, furnished well, Sonos throughout with absolutely stunning 180-degree views of the beach. Highly recommend for adult groups or families with children. We will definitely book again.

Amazing is an understatement

This house was absolutely perfect. We had two families with 5 adults and 5 kids and it had plenty of space for everyone. Location on the beach was what we wanted for hauling toys back and forth from the beach. Every morning they had chairs and umbrellas set up before we made our way to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Overall, the stay was exceptional. House was absolutely stunning. Impressed overall! A few hiccups in the beginning, upon arrival quite a bit of sand, left from previous occupants, and no washcloths that housekeeping made it right, and brought in abundance the very next day! Location was great amenities were great housekeeping could be up a notch for the price. Definitely would return and stay again 100% satisfied. Highly recommend property, management and property.

Fantastic Views!

We had a great time! The house was amazing! We were lucky to have great weather every day. A few very minor things that would have made it even better (which may be hard to believe)…. There weren't any hair driers In the house. Apparently they don't provide those anymore? Also no sugar or creamer with coffee, although coffee was provided. We loved the pellet ice machine along with a stocked kitchen to include pots pans glasses plates etc. . We would love to come back and stay again!
