「私はイタリア語も英語もまともに話せないのですが、ホテルに呼んで貰ったタクシーに忘れ物をした際に、ホテルに必死に電話して、なんとか事情をお伝えして、タクシーを私のいる場所に呼び戻して頂きました。前後の対応もとても素晴らしく、素敵なホテルでした。清潔ですし、立地も良いです。また数日後に泊まる予定なのですが、とても楽しみにしています」
