「Fiz pagamento do estacionamento em duplicidade e mesmo mandando os comprovantes, eles não ressarciram」

「Bom custo e benefício」

「Neiberhood」

「It was very close to the terminal we flew out of. There is a shuttle to pick you up but make sure you make arrangements before hand. The hotel is in the abandoned terminal next to the active terminal that is used. If you just have carry on you can walk to it (10mins). Breakfast was a nice surprise and has everything you wanted. Overall as a stop over for a layover I recommend it for the location」

「Estava tudo limpo e organizado ! Café da manhã com bastante variedade .」

「Good」

「床品很舒适，环境安静，服务良好。巴西的健身房都在晚上十点前关闭。除了距离核心区域略微远之外，一切都很好。到达酒店的导航有问题，建议酒店在地图上更正。」

「If i went back to rio i would absolutely stay here again ! Hotel is gourgeousss, rooms are spacious and views are beautiful. Food is good and not the same thing everyday. it's opposite the beach which has vendors, chairs, drinks, food and space for agesss. Staff can help you with ANYTHING ! They booked our tickets for the Roxy and the football. Security is on premises so you feel safe」

「Bad room service with constant noise of dripping water even after repetitive claims. Stopped suddenly at the restaurant for not paying the breakfast which I have never heard about an extra fee for that. What a poor hotel!」
