「Nice property but it’s definitely seen better days. On the plus side, the apartment is spacious, has covered parking and has newer, well-functioning appliances. On the downside, the back porch floor was covered in water as there was an old seal in the window. The bathroom door/lock combo was hanging on by a single loose screw.
