“Fantastic hotel with brilliant service throughout. The location was perfect when going to the haram, would always stay here when coming to makkah. The breakfast options were brilliant too, stayed with 2 kids and they thoroughly enjoyed it too”

“Kabeye çok yakın, kahvaltısı çok iyi. Tek kötü yanı odamız 101. Odaydı ve rutubet + sigara kokusu vardı. Çok etkilemedi bizi ama tabi olmasa daha iyiydi. Ücretsiz erken check in e müsade ettiler, ekip her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Odamızı değiştirmek istesek eminim ki ona da kolaylık sağlayacaklardı ancak çok da gerek görmedik. Otelden çok Kabede vakit geçirdik çünkü. 2. Ye bu otelde konaklıyoruz, yine gitsek yine burada kalırız. Bütün otel çalışanlarına yardımcı oldukları için ♥️♥️♥️”

“Hotel is really nice and rooms are modern and fairly new. Only thing that lets it down is the breakfast option and the fact there is always a queue for the omelette line. They should really have at least 2 people on that station. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.”

“Spacious rooms. Close to the new extension and tiled courtyard area Breakfast and dinner were worth the price for convenience as there are not many shops close by for food. If you eat out you will end up buying from places which are about a 10minute walk away and it'll cost around the same as the hotel food. Friendly staff, check in was quick and staff were always willing to help. Good access to lifts. My only issue was that the adhaan was not audible from the room. Also, as this hotel is away……
