It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. “Everything was great. This was my third one-night stay at The Springwater Inn and all have been great. Breakfast is modest compared to the Hilton, but so is the price. Everything is clean and the bed is more comfortable than my bed at home. The owners are very nice. The HVAC in the standard king is a bit annoying if you are a light sleeper. The deluxe king has a larger quieter HVAC unit. The Springwater Inn is my go-to for my overnight trips to Ithaca.”

“Nice couple who own it. We have stayed here several times. Hotel is a bit run down but the beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. For the price, it is way worth it. If you are the type of picking mini who is going to complain because you want a five star hotel for a two star price, then stay somewhere else. If you want a clean comfortable place to sleep at a good price than this is the place for you.”
