“The property was beautiful! Everything was conveniently located and amenities were nice. Beach was lovely and peaceful and having the rafts anchored in the water was such a nice treat. Having the bars and restaurants steps off the beach was amazing! Food was good but not great. Items served sometimes didn’t match the menu description. Desserts were definitely a mixed bag; some were just awful and others were good. This was our first time having butler service and it was hard to……

“1. I upgraded to a room with a pool. However, when we got to the room, the phone did not work. I reported the phone to guest services daily and everyday they apologized and said they would get someone to fix it. IT WAS NEVER FIXED!! Therefore, my 81 year old mother and I were not able to order room service the entire time we were at the Royalton. 2. “In the pic looks lovely with petals on the bed when we asked about the petals we was told they were for a photo shoot also we asked for a safe for our valuables we was told there is no safe cos no one is coming there. The directions from town was very misleading it was miles from town the lady host was not helpful at all .she had the cheek to ask me for 160 dollars government' tax which i refused. We stayed one night out of 5 did not get any refund at all loss $12.000 the lady had a very bad……

“If you are looking for a top-tier experience, Hilton Harbor Club is it. The attention to detail here is unmatched. The property itself is stunning, but what really sets them apart is the services. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive specially the front desk. My room had a breathtaking view and excellent soundproofing. The onsite amenities (like the pool/gym/restaurant/ night entertaining) were pristine. It was worth every penny and made my trip unforgettable.”

“It was our first time in St Lucia and at a Royalton resort. We had a great experience and would definitely go back. Our room was nice and spacious, we did have a ceiling leak one day when we came back but maintenance came and fixed it in about an hour and no issues after that. There were lots of bar options, especially if you are at Hideaway. They have plenty of drink options, we could always get what we wanted. You have to plan if you want a snack later in the afternoon as the lunch buffet……

“We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. The one beer……
