“Everything was nice and clean and pretty new looking. That being said, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 just because of some small things that seem unfinished around the room we had. Like they were very new and didn't have enough silverware or plates, cups and glasses. We had enough as it was only 2 of us, but if you had more, you would have been short. And things like the light switches need to be finished in. The tap water was safe to drink but often got cloudy so you would have to wait for……

“Our overall stay here was lovely. The view from the balcony was excellent with loads of activities to watch in the harbour and in the air. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The issue is the steep hill for getting back from bars, shops and restaurants but you know the property is on a slope before you go. There are passing public minibuses so you just have to wait for one to get back up the hill! John, the host, who lives on site, is very good and helpful. Would recommend. ”

“I made perfect choice booking the guest house whoch was close to Castries. The place was clean and so very comfortable. Well equiped kitchen with everything you would need for the trip. What sold me was the service. Anne, the owner is a super wonderful host. We arrived on the ferry after 9pm. She collected us from ferry dock. She was concerned about whether we were hungry or in need of a supermarket stop. Then she brought us to a food truck so my brother who complained of hunger could get……

“Quiet location on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean from the unit’s balconies. Pool was great and also had great views of the ocean as well.”

“The amenities and the property itself was beautiful. We had some trouble with our first room and Tashael our Expedia representative on the property made our experience seamless and helped with the switch of our room. She made all of our dinner reservations and really outdid herself with helping us out every which way. Tashael is the person that made our experience at the Royalton the best.”

“Resort review The good: The place definitely had vacation vibes! Beautiful. Great beach, great pool. The bad: Staff isn’t as accommodating or friendly as I was expecting. Often rude, especially bartenders. (Servers are mostly good.) We had the all inclusive package and they gave us a purple hand band to wear during dining so they knew our meals & drinks are covered already. Yet, we STILL got a bill for each order!!! It’s so annoying. Bands are pointless. The all-inclusive option is……
