"Very convenient for a cruise line stay. The hotel even offers transportation for a minimal cost to and from airport and cruise terminals. The reason I did not give them five stars is the AC unit was not working in 301. I let Hotel staff know, but no one ever communicated or try to find a resolve. The only thing they did is left a oscillating fan in our room. Other than that it is in a good location and seems clean."

"We greatly enjoyed our few nights staying at the citizenM on South Lake Union. Our 1 bed had a beautiful view of the city sky rises and was perfectly comfy for 2. The room was very well maintained and clean. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, and the shower felt so nice after a long day outside. The location was great and had a grocery store and many good restaurants all within walking distant. Staff were all also friendly and respectful to us during our visit. We'd be happy to return...

"We needed to be close to Swedish Cherry Hill and this worked well. Close enough to walk. Good thing it was in the mid 60 ‘s. This hotel has no AC. Our room was immaculately clean every day. Had a fridge and a microwave. There is a bunch of casual food walking distance and one up scale restaurant called Stella. Felt safe walking around in the early evenings. Great for the price! "

"The State Hotel was a great property. It was my first time here and I loved the room and location. I do think the one chair in the room is a bit uncomfortable but that’s just me. The hotel is next to Pike Place and of course there’sg homeless around the area but they don’t really bother you. Bed was comfortable. I loved the shower and could have stayed in there for hours. Would stay again. "
