"The area was as rough as expected but felt safe. Violane, the host, is as charming as can be. Careful about being billed twice for your stay. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the food was delicious and inexpensive. Everything was kept clean daily. Being close to the metro station and McDonalds was helpful too. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Good location near metro for access to Paris. Underground parking (€20/night). Very hot in room (4 people, 10th floor). Sofa bed ok. Super little restaurant ‘Melting Pot’ nearby."

"The staff overall were helpful and nice. The breakfast on one side is very nice; however the “tour group” side is nasty. Do not let the lady at the front push you in with the tour group. We were directed to that side and it really was not worth what I paid for the breakfast. I attempted to get the desk to fix the problem, but I had to catch a train….no refund for the breakfast ever came through on my bank card."
