「Nice clean spacious airconditioned room with friendly staff, daily breakfast and clean private pool 」

「The people that work here are amazing great and friendly. The only downside of this property, especially the single bedroom (music room) is that there are bars and clubs nearby so it could be a little loud at night due to the room being closer to the road. otherwise great place!!!」

「The villa is very modern and clean . We would highly recommend the sister suits to all . Please note that the villa has no car access So need to walk in the lane to get to the villa. 」

「Had six nights stay as part of a 3 week holiday. Large villa, excellent location, and although right in the middle of the hussle and bussle of Seminyak quite peaceful. Very clean, well equipped with comfortable beds and lovely pool area. 」

「Loved how spacious the living area was but was very outdated. Also the bathrooms were disappointing. The shower was over the bath and you needed a step ladder to get in and out of the bath so if you have any hip or knee issues, I would not recommend this place.」

「The staff were beautiful and helpful. 10 min walk to the beach. Great eateries close by and Bintang Supermarket is a 5 min walk. The villa was ok. The fridge was Cold. When it rained, everything in the kitchen got wet. There was water leaking on the back wall into the dining room area. Making it quite dangerous to walk. The upper shower faced outwards towards the flooring, we asked for it to be fixed. It was replaced, however still did the thing. I put our dirty towels on floor to be washed,...

「Close to the main street, (Seminyak street) easy to reach all the shops/restaurant/bars by walking, which is very important for family like us with 2 kids in age 5 & 1.5. Staff are super friendly and nice, including the front desk, room service, driver. We've also ordered food and massage from the hotel, price are very reasonable. Overall,we had a 5 star experience in JAS, sure will come back again for another family trip.」
