The place was clean and had enough room for 7 of us. It had all the utensils and cook ware you would want to be able to prepare your own meals. The view from the balcony is beautiful. While the soap, lotion, shampoo and condition in each room is nice, it's not enough to be able to get you through multiple days. You need to bring your own.
The bed upstairs was missing some screws in the frame and it was not safe for my daughter to sleep in. The table upstairs was also wobbly and unsafe. And there was insulation blowing in from the downstairs vent near the big window. I ended up cleaning the vent. The middle support on the bed downstairs was broken as well(that wasn't fixed). And the curtain rode downstairs on the big window was being held together with black duct tape. Kudos to the Mgt. company for taking care of the issues that day.
The biggest issue was checking in. I didn't receive the code to check in and VRBO said I had messages but when I checked the app it wouldn't load the messages. And I didn't get an email. It was difficult to get in touch with someone on the phone and when we did, the code they gave us was wrong. Texting the mgt. company seemed to have better results. We were issued a different code and finally got in but it was frustrating.
All in all, this is a nice place to stay. I just think the communication is lacking. And those issues with the bed, vent and table are things that should have been taken care of before we got there.
