「The front desk staff were all very polite. Additionally, I needed assistance with setting up a sofa bed, and they were very efficient. They quickly arranged for someone to follow up. The only drawback is that the drainage the bathroom shower is a bit slow, which can cause water to accumulate and seep out. Apart from that, everything was great and very comfortable.」

「請一定要預訂Deluxe Room價格沒有多多少。 Family Room空間小，加了床空間更擠，連行李都難攤開，另外請排除1樓的房間，浴缸瀉水超級不順。 這飯店的好處是它就在Victoria 列車站側門對面40秒，走路7分到巴士客運站(一日遊集合點)，後面街道有一整排餐廳都很棒。 走路也可以到白金漢宮，大笨鐘跟倫敦眼。」

「Sloane Place will always be in my mind. Everyone working while we were there were very helpful and professional. We loved the fact that there was a restaurant in the hotel and the food was very tasty. Never had anything that did not taste fresh. thank you everyone for making the start of our trip perfect. 「The lady (which is alright) put us in a double bed room in the back of the reception. We can hear people talking all the time. Dont trust the map, it took us about 15 mins walking (under the heat wave) from Victoria.」

「Just about 10-minute walk to Victoria Station, very convenient. Since it is centre, thus the price is higher as compared to other location. Room is not very spacious. Other things ok.」

「Very traditional and classic English hotel. I love the old style of building itself as you cannot experience in other 5 star hotel. Room is tiny but bed is superb. They seems lack of staff during night time as some of the orders took a while to be done. 」
