"The bed in our room was the most comfortable bed we have ever experienced in a hotel. Also when we had to check out a day earlier than planned due to husband’s health issues, our bill was credited with the missed nights stay immediately without us having to ask about it. That was so appreciated at a stressful time and will be remembered the next time I am making reservations somewhere. "

"The management was accommodating given the Expedia booking caused an issue. Because of their accommodation, I will choose this hotel over others again the next time I stay in Green Bay. While it may not have been their normal policy to accommodate, it was the right thing to do and the manager on duty handled it perfectly. "Rooms have been update but our room looked a little beat up. Hope in the bathroom wall from door hook. Also our room door was missing the security lock and you could see where it was ripped out of the wall. "
