Very poor housekeeping and maintenance. 1. The room had a terrible rancid smell all over 2. There was no fridge in the room- which the reception claimed was sent for servicing and not replaced 3. Worse of all, there was a loose screw sticking out from the floor in one of the bedroom. as a result, there was an accident which consequently led to a trip to the local hospital

We like the flexibility of allowing us to check in early. The hotel provide fruits n herbel drinks that sooth our throats are thoughtful .

付錢買難受 惡劣的前台 (NO GUEST SERVICE & NO ENGLISH)
訂了複式大床房,房間在5樓所有窗關掉都很嘈! 從未見過態度如此惡劣的前台! 上房後打下去前台石小姐聽的電話,我要求多要一張被,所有物品都要3份,結果送來的只有一條毛巾。 訂單寫的是king bed 但進去之後只是queen bed,打下去前台問石就說所有這個房型都是queen bed,我問哪怎麼辦,她沒有回答我也沒有任何歉意,我就叫她把電話轉給經理,她說經理不在叫我等她回我,那時候是零晨4點多我也不想要等我問她經理在睡嗎?她也回我對呀。無論你們習慣是怎麼也沒可能回客人這個答案吧,還一點歉意都沒有。那我就直接下前台等。 下去之後更令人生氣,我到了那位經理還沒有到!! 然後我問石小姐為什麼我要被子送來的是毛巾,她打了通電話問房務員才告訴我在衣櫥裡面有。如果她也要問房務員的話那請問我又怎會知道,我一開始打電話時她也不告訴我? 經理過來之後更過分,我第一句問她睡醒了嗎?她更告訴我穿衣服需要時間!請問你是回家了嗎,在上班還換衣服睡覺? 然後我問她知道什麼是King bed queen bed 嗎?她很理直氣壯地告訴我她不懂英文!!!!!她是做財務的。4星級的值班經理跟我說她不懂英語,那好問她有什麼解決方案她也不知道。那我就打電話去Hotels.com 看人家有什麼解決辦法了,人家24小時的是英語熱線,我說完了要跟酒店是,她就說她不懂英語叫我跟他說!會不會太誇張呀!做經理的只懂睡覺什麼都不會!!! 整件事情上她們也沒有一句道歉! 然後房間地板還要很髒,隔音超差很嘈 儘管最後她們是給我升級到29樓的房間,然後打算飲杯茶,茶杯裡是買還有人家飲過的茶跟茶葉! 真的是超難忘的一晚! 千萬不要住這個酒店,簡直是付錢買難受!!
