"臨馬路，車位不太夠，雖然路邊蠻好停車； 對外隔音不錯，但與鄰房、廊道間隔音蠻差的，聽得到超多的聲音，包括鄰房手機震動的聲音，幸好有提供耳塞； 早餐還蠻澎湃的，有缺的話，反應後都會馬上補齊，可惜似乎漏了水果，飲料杯都是塑料的，有點美中不足； 環境很乾淨、空間也夠寬、還有面海陽台、設備新也維護得很好，櫃檯服務也很好。"
