"Location: Walking distance to the train station, convenient stores, Odai Park and shopping area. The room was clean, spacious and staff were friendly. Amenities: It has coin op washing/drying machines onsite. May stay again when go to Sapporo. "

"Great family stay during the Sapporo Snow Festival. Staff was friendly and very helpful with any requests. Great selection of complimentary teas and toiletries for guests located in the lobby area. Would definitely recommend! "

"It was great, room was nice. People are nice. I got stuck on the carpark opposite from the snowstorm, the guys/girls at the reception came and tried to help me unstuck the car. There are only 2 washing machine/laundry though, so if you forgot to take the laundry out, they normally put out a card on the machine to tell you get it from the reception."

"Great hotel! The room was spacious with a fantastic view. The lounge was great to hang out in with free snacks and draft Sapporo beer. They also had a free shuttle that takes you to Odori park and the train station during the Snow Festival. This will be my goto place for next year. "
