The woman that took care of the breakfast area goes above and beyond. She greeted every person and let us know what was about to come out in case we were looking for those particular items. She asked people if they needed anything.

The staff was great, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was nice. However, there was no hot tub, even though the site said there was. Also, the pool was absolutely freezing! The next day, they turned the heater on, but there was something gross in the water. This was very disappointing, because we’d paid for a late checkout specifically to take advantage of the pool and hot tub.

Clean, confortable and well maintained

I have recently converted to IHG properties from the Hilton Group. I have found that IHG properties are cleaner and better maintained, generally speaking. I went from being a current Diamond member with HH to a lowly Club member with IHG, but honestly, I don't see a difference in service at all. This property is clean, comfortable and they are attentive with their service. I was better than expected, and greatly appreciated.
