“The bathroom shower was missing the plastic that keeps water in the tub. Due to that there was water damage and high potential for mold. Due to dealing with personal health issues we could not risk some where with a high potential of mold. We saw some signs and the seal between the tub and tile floor was open so water could easily flow under the tub and floor. The host dismissed the concern. We ended up leaving as soon as we discovered the problem. We spent one night since we arrived very late……

“Location is great. Just off of I-10. Easy access to get to attractions. Shopping is nearby, less than 15 min to Costco, Walmart etc. Ton of restaurants nearby.Communication with host is great. He replied almost immediately. There is room for improvement on cleanliness side. Not unbearable but could see some dust here and there. Only one complaint I have is if you have big vehicle, it is hard to get your vehicle into the garage. And you are not allowed to park outside. If you have smaller……

“The host was very responsive. The parking in the back is extremely tight, especially for big vehicles. The kitchen is super neat and you have everything you need in there. My only concern was the sleeper sofa. If you have any back problems, like me, this won't work for you. We gave the bedroom to our grandma so my back felt it a little. It's just not comfortable. Some items seemed used by previous guests and not replaced. The bathroom is outdated, no lock either. Overall, location is great, it's……

“This is a really nice apartment. Getting in is a little bit of work, but the host tried to make it as smooth as possible. It was also really nice to have secured parking. The apartment is clean, the bedding fresh, and towels fluffy. The kitchen is well stocked. It's really convenient to the freeway and a grocery store is within 5 minutes on foot. I would have extended my stay if I could, but it was already booked. I hope this property is still available the next time I come through Los……
