"Room was clean, quiet and spacious, bed was fine for me, but my partner gets back and neck pain and since it was a spring mattress, it was uncomfortable for him. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the evening salad, soup and variety of snacks were great and so was the employee working this area as she kept the area stocked and clean. "When we arrived in our room, there was pee around the toilet and hair on toilet seat. It had not been cleaned. I immediately called front desk and she came right up and cleaned it. She stated that they had a new cleaner that day. They should have followed behind the new cleaner to check her work. Also my bed needed rechanged as there was a hair between the sheets. "I found the staff exceptional. They really were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of options( especially egg ones), and couple of fruit choices too. I liked that there is a restaurant option on the property now too. The towels were great, shower had lots of water pressure and plenty of soap and shampoo. The bed was comfortable, but all four pillow were the "high" kind, at least two should have been a low fill pillow. The sheets were fine. The in room coffee makers for solo cups worked well, and was restocked every day. As I was arriving I was told there would be a $30 early checkin in fee. Check in is at 3:00 and it was 2:00, so I said I would wait. I will definitely stay in here the future if I find myself in the area."
