“6 out of 10 this hotel. Breakfast is quite good ,the room is clean. However the location is a bit remote, very few trains between the west and east stations, unless you don’t mind walking about 20 minutes from one to the other. The WiFi in the room is very weak, it often took around 10 minutes to connect, and the connection would drop within 2 minutes. Most of time I couldn’t connect at all, so it was basically unusable in room.”

“Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.”

“It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.”

“The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome.”
