"We stayed at this lovely home in Bucksport the weekend before Thanksgiving. The rooms are all comfortable and nicely decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was perfectly appointed for us to prepare an early Thanksgiving meal for our family in the area. We were very grateful that the owners are so accomodating of pets. We were travelling with our dog and the layout of the home and other thoughtful gestures (pet covers for the furniture, dog waste bags if needed) really helped us (and him) to relax.The location is perfect, just outside of Buckport town center, 35 minutes from Acadia, and an easy drive to lots of beautiful locations along the coast.So many amenities that we didn't even use, including the hot tub, piano, turntable and album collection. Just an all-around excellent property and wonderful experience. We are highly likely to reserve again the next time we come up to Bucksport to visit family."
