“Great service ”

“We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need (though I wish the microwave door opened the other way as it's a bit awkward to get into). They have a good amount of crockery and cutlery too. Private parking is……

“El recepcionista fue amabilísimo, nos enseñó las instalaciones y propuso actividades que hacer en la isla. Estuvimos solo una noche (de paso) pero es un lugar donde me podría alojar más tiempo. La habitación (nº1) y el cuarto de baño eran amplísimos y muy limpios, la cama muy cómoda y grande. El comedor-cocina compartidos muy bien equipados, todo súper nuevo y moderno. ¡Lo recomiendo 100%!”

“Very accommodating/friendly staff and great location. Hotel is conveniently located near many of the best restaurants Ponta Delgada has to offer, and a block away from the ocean. Parking is not included, so you have to find street parking. There’s a good parking lot for the Mercado da Graça within a block of the hotel, which often had spots. I recommended this hotel! ”

“Loved everything about the 2 properties and private island! Convenient location, 5-10 min from the airport. Walkable, plenty of restaurants on and off the properties. Great service, great shopping, taxis on site, even a water taxi to get to the island! People and service are outstanding! You can choose various all inclusive packages- drinks only or breakfast only etc. Was not crowded. Beautiful beaches, lagoons, cabanas, umbrella huts and lounges everywhere. Flamingos and iguanas on private……
