"There was a terrible odor in the elevator, and our room smelled bad also. We immediately opened the window to air it out. The toilet wouldn't flush, so the front counter guy came up with a plunger and fixed it. I wouldn't stay there again. 😞"

" Very pleased with our night stay in Billmar. The only complaint is the lady in the room next to us talking loudly for extended periods of time during the night. (perhaps on the phone). Otherwise, all was good. "
