“Cons: Walls were very thin and could here people talking at normal volume thru the walls. Heater was broken and no one cleaned our room whole we were there. Had to ask the front desk for towels several times.

“We had a wonderful stay at the Balcomo Hotel. Everything was spotless, and you can really tell the rooms have been recently updated—they’re modern, beautifully done, and incredibly comfortable. The beds and overall layout made it easy to relax and feel at home.
The property grounds are also very well maintained, which added to the overall experience. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything looking its best.
We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!”

“Check-in was easy. They sent a text with ur room # and door code. Got to the resort and parked and unloaded…. No issues. The room was spotless. While this is an older facility ( (50’s ?? ) which has been renovated it served our purposes well. Full marks !!!”

“Good location, view but the building is old, hitting system is loud and we couldn't turn it off.( becouse of the noise and drift)
Also, parking not included in our stay and on the reception they didnt inform us.
TV remote very complicated and I couldn't use it to turn off the TV,so I had to turn off manually.
Pool was ok,hot tub was ok but switch didnt work to turn it on.”
