“Really friendly staff, booked ins fright away, Weiss this hotel as we went to Skegness race way, not far from the track or city centre, rooms really clean. Breakfast was huge and well worth the money. Only downside was the main door was hanging slightly in room, reported it but it didn’t get fixed. Other then that no issues and a great service.”

“ Adam and his wife, both keepers of the hotel, are wonderful and very helpful. The family room is clean and tidy and spacious.A bit of challenge for family with heavy luggage as upper floor room got no lift. If the toilet has a larger mirror and the dining table larger for a family of four, the hotel deserves 6 of the full mark is 5.The hotel is close to the Lumley Street (the main shoppinh street).”

“The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more.……

“ We are 3 elderly friends. Communicatin regarding accessing property was excellent as was information regarding places to visit and dog friendly places to drink and eat. On entering the house we were all pleasantly surprised kitchen come dinner is lovely with everything required to live like home from home. Lounge is also very comfortable with a cosy homley feel. We all had a bedroom each and all slept very well. It was very good to have toilet and wash basin upstairs and a bathroom downstairs……
