“Very rare you can rate a place 5 stars, but this place deserves it. We had a slight hiccup with the check in process but even at midnight the host showed up and got us in! This place is different than other rental properties. A beautifully and thoughtfully decorated renovated historic home with all the creature comforts you need. Visited Savannah with a friend and my 6 year old son. I appreciated the ability to park off the street and had it not been raining we would have been able to walk to……

“Cathy was fabulous and friendly while booking! The octopus lair was adorable, had everything we needed and the location was perfect to park the car and be able to walk to everything! Perfect experience, couldn’t have asked for anything better! ”

“Bottom of apartment door rubs, which makes it a bit difficult to enter. (Best bet was to kick the bottom of the door.) I would have liked some sort of communication with the property owners, even just an email to say “Let us know you’ve arrived and have settled in.” It was very much an absentee landlord experience.”

“Prefect is you are looking for the quirk and charm of an old unique home. Grateful for modern A/C. Be aware of steep stairs to the suite and limited availability of walk sockets and overloading when certain appliances are used. We did not have an issue with appliances but did have to unplug lamps to charge or use devices. The location and charm of this building is unmatched. We slept incredibly well and were very very comfortable!”

“Was a very welcoming, clean and tidy place with a fabulous shower, excellent location plenty of parking!Very comfortable bed with a short walk to the beautiful beach! Would be nice if there had been a light over the kitchenette area and a few more eating utensils, but all in all, an adorable place that resulted in a wonderful vacation! ”

“We visited Savannah to tour SCAD with our Daughter and this was an amazing location and property. We knew we did not want to stay in a normal hotel and experience the character of the city. Wow, did this property exceed our expectations! It was very clean and had everything you would need! The sofa fold out into a full/queen bed which was very comfy for our daughter! I would say 4 adults comfortably. I'd love to stay again when we have more time! ”

“Charming, clean and comfortable.We had a small issue when we first arrived, but our host Cyndy was quick to respond and help us resolve the issue! Within walking distance of two great local restaurants, Chiriya’s Thai Cuisine And just across the street Finches Sandwiches & Sundries great sandwiches and drinks. Oh, and fetches also does cemetery tours. We didn’t have time but give it a go next time.Thanks for hosting us!We recommend and would stay here again!”
