"The staff were ok. I only had one interaction with them. There was meant to be someone available from 7am for checkout but it was empty. The room had no noise cancelling at all. The punters downstairs in the pub could be heard loudly and the noise from the main road was loud. The room was ok, though the mattress was hard and lumpy. The sink had a big crack in it. The carpets were creaky too. The pillows even stacked together provided no support. Overall for the price, sleepable but nothing else. I wouldn’t come back. "

"The service we received was exceptional. Casper went out of his way to help us to move rooms so that Mum could have a more accessible bathroom. He was polite and professional and we really appreciated his help. All staff were friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
