「The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.」

「Overall I would say cleanliness was the most positive. They messaged 2 days in advance to tell us that they will meet us at the Vaporetto. They requested an ETA and asked that I message them once boarded on the water taxi which I did. After all that nobody was there. We had to wait for 15 minutes for someone make their way over. I booked a place that had 2 beds; 1 queen and a sofa bed. The sofa upstairs in a loft. When I called them to ask them where to find the for the sofa bed I was met with...
