“We stayed in a mini suite in the back part of the property. The design of the suite was very thoughtful. Each small item in the suite was something a guest would likely need but nothing more. It was set up just right for a compact space. There is a fridge/freezer, cooktop, microwave/oven, dishwasher so that you can cook in the suite. There are also exactly what dishes, pots, pans, utensils you will need and nothing more. Each of the small suites at the back have their own small private pool plus……

“We stayed one week in one of the wagons, and enjoyed it very much. Our wagon was intimate, but very unique. It is a truly beautiful and cozy place, something out of the ordinary. As long as you understand that this is not your mainstream resort, you’ll have a good time. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the pool is super. The breakfast was great, and we used the outdoor kitchen a few times. It’s a bit rugged, but nice. It is very useful to have a car to get around. ”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“Our family of four (two teens: 15 & 16) had a great time! As mentioned in many reviews the rooms are dated (we stayed in the palm building) However, extremely clean! And the service from the cleaning lady, front staff to beach helpers was amazing! Right on the beach, and the ocean is amazing! If you can live with the outdated rooms this is a great place, and we definitely recommend it! ”

“Love this property; quiet and friendly Felt like a warm hug. My only critique/suggestions would be to update room 4 by painting a brighter color, replace the mattress because the springs are protruding and the room has a damp mildew smell. The pool and staff are amazing and so attentive. Very homey feel and would definitely return.”

“Beautiful resort Tradewinds is a highly recommended upgrade if traveling with kids over 18. Nothing to do directly outside of resort besides the boardwalk area in the back but some places are a hike Restaurants in Aruba are amazing ”

“Very cute boutique! Front desk and cleaner were very nice and accommodating. Location is walking distance to Renaissance, grocery store and everything. Only thing is that the room literally just has a bed, nicely renovated bathroom and tv. No place to put your luggage but good thing we only had carry on bags. We don’t mind because we only sleep in the room as we spent most of our time exploring the island so keep that in mind. Still gets 5 star from me!”
