"Good hotel and casino."

"Hotel room tables, counters, vanity and seating dirty. House keeping never came to our room we stayed 2 nights. "

"Place don’t feel safe , stinks and feels like is falling apart , indoor water park in winter was close make that make any sense , "

"Entire non smoking area smelled of weed and cigarettes in the rooms."

"The stay was bad. The hotel needs improvements. Rugs are dirty. The room is so rundown. Air conditioner didn't work properly. They claimed it would get to the temperature we wanted with the censor which was a lie the room was 74 degrees at night bathroom was dirty and cabinet doors unhinged and room doors do not lock properly. "

"The staff was fantastic. Christopher, the bellhop manager was the best he was so accommodating. He was so friendly. My only issue is that we got a smoking room and although I understand, it’s very hard to get rid of smoke smell when a new customer goes into a smoking room for the first time there should be some type of ventilation or strong or air fresheners because when we walked into the room, it had a very very strong smoke odor still. Most of the hotels that I go to that are smoking rooms do not smell like smoke when we go in also, Vic and Anthony’s restaurant most of the food was delicious but the steaks were terrible and they’re very expensive and for that price they should have some kind of flavor."

"Air conditioning and heat one unit in wall. Small tv. I reserved a King smoking room and I got 2 queen non smoking, but the owner said we could smoke and gave us an ashtray. Pool wasnt open too cold. No coffee machine in room. Continent Breakfast was coffee and bread and a toaster. Price was good."
