“The Holly house is in a perfect location in a hip and safe neighborhood. We were probably 15 minutes away from our activities we had planned. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.”

“Finalllyyyy! Somebody is getting it right! Hilton is doing an amazing job with these properties in partnership with a Placemaker. We travel a fair bit and often looking for a property that offers a kitchen or kitchenette, centrally located, parking, laundry and Wi-Fi. But with a high standard that we can count on!! Plus the flexibility to stay one night or three months at a price that makes sense! Well done to Hilton and Placemaker, for us you have set the standard and something we will look……

“Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food……

“For the price, id book a hotel nearby instead and much better check in times than the absurd 4pm check in and the cheap memory foam mattress. The property was clean and while there is a kitchen, there isn’t a table nor a chair.”

“Great location and comfortable beds. Parking was extremely difficult. Reserved a spot through Parkade, and every single time we left someone parked in our spot. Could chose a different spot on the app, but too small for our car.”
