“Extremely nice & helpful front desk staff upon check in and check out Spacious room with just what we needed amenities in the room. FULLY stocked mini bar! Loved the courtyard and pool area. It was so nice to have a spacious outdoor community areas! Having Joann’s Diner adjacent was great!! Food and drinks were excellent! Will definitely stay here again!! ”

“Fast check in and check out. Room had all light fixtures working just needed an additional bulb above bathroom sink. I love that the room had a microwave and mini fridge that worked properly. The complex was very quiet and 3 minutes away from transit bus stops. Cornerstore was next door along with a restaurant. ”

“I recently relocated to Austin for work, and while saving for a house stayed at La Unica Monday - Thursday for close to 6 months. The rates on this place are lower than anywhere else in Austin, and the other places in their ballpark (mostly motor inns or extended stays) are definitely a lot more questionable and seemingly less clean. The staff here are very firm on their policies, which I appreciated as a single woman staying here alone during the week. You will also receive wonderful customer……
