「The location is great if you’re looking to bar hop in Old Town however, location is the only real positive. Everything outside of the main house is run down. The pool deck and stairs are full of uneven boards, our room had an ant infestation, crumbs/dirt/food left on the table, the sheets were dirty, the shower was full of mold, the walls were stained and smeared with mystery substances, my gosh even the blow dryer was too disgusting to use…. The property managers were easy to contact but...

「I enjoyed my stay at this property. Its a smaller 2 story place with that Old Florida look and vibe. It's not luxury but my Queen Suite lodging was perfect for me. Two good-sized rooms with daily maid service. The bed was nice and firm. The breakfast was rather simple- good if you just needed a quick bite to start the day. Best of all was it was right outside my door, lol. Above the table were staff picks for good eating spots. And I want to give a gold star to the desk mgr (wish I could recall...
