「Very nice hotel, the room decoration is so British and the restaurant is good as well.」

「The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.」

「Room was lovely and bigger than I expected and even had sea view. Staff were friendly when we checked in. Hotel is situated great for visiting The Playhouse. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Our stay here was beyond our expectations. Entering the bar to book in the staff were extremely welcoming. Our room was exquisite, bed extremely comfortable the shower was fantastic. Room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent we chose a different breakfast every day. We had our evening meals also food was delicious. Our dog loved the walks . Shopping in Bath we used the park and ride just up the road. This was free as we had bus passes. We will probably return for the Xmas markets. Will...

「Big, clean comfortable room, ideal for a family of 4. Staff were excellent and food at dinner and breakfast were really good - a good step up from standard pub food. Home made cookies, and crayons and activity sheets for the kids in the room were a lovely addition.」
