“It is a nice small 4 season hotel. It was located in the central of Mumbai with a slump just next to it. It is quite an experience. What I want to say is that the room is clean and nice as usual 4 seasons standard. conceiage will go over the distance to make you feel comfortable. You will be surprised of the area it was located, but as India as it is, it is always the mix of things that makes the trip fun, will definitely stay again.”

“老房子酒店，设施一般，地理位置很好，闹中取静的城市核心区，门口都是几十年以上的古树。工作人员都很热情。也算孟买的一种体验。”

“Don't stay at this hotel! When we arrived, they told us they hadn't received payment from Expedia and asked us to pay again for the three days. Since it was late and we couldn't find another place to stay, we paid for one night and then left. The room was rather shabby, and you could hear the trains all night. The bathroom had the usual shower over the sink. The breakfast was meager, and the kitchen looked very dirty. I asked for an apple, which was kept in a locked fridge, but they wouldn't……

“比較起圖片, 實際上房間及大堂要好看, 大氣。是上世紀的好酒店的風度, 雖不是新式酒店的裝潢, 但有貴氣, 維護的不錯。整體來說, 餐飲品質不錯, 餐廳人員的服務有些不齊, 因為有的很好, 有的經驗不足, 可能疫情後人員不好找。但大多的服務人員都帶笶容, 有服務熱忱。住在這裡是舒適的, 酒店不會過大, 房間數過多。早餐的自助吧不大, 但品質我很喜歡。另外熱食部分是用點的。”

“酒店很近舊城區，地點方便，酒店新裝修，和圖片相似，但酒店房有假天花，有老鼠叫，雖然老鼠是不會走到房間裏的，但有少少恐怖。早餐簡單，不過這個價錢算合理，床上面的被單，是有毛粒的那一種，質素比較差。酒店整體還可以，前台和其他工作人員都非常熱心幫助我們，我們語言不通但他們熱心幫我們叫的士，真的很多謝他們，很熱心。”
