「I didn’t have high expectations, but it was much cleaner and the facilities were better than I expected. The owner was very attentive, which made me feel comfortable during my stay.」

「The cabin was very clean when we checked in. Road to the cabin was bumpy but not too bad. The only con I had was I had 2 minor issues with doors on property and was told someone would be out to look at/ fix them and in the 3 days we were there never saw anyone to address these issues even though I was told someone would be out. All in all not bad and would probably stay again. 」

「We booked the tiny home as a jump off point to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, we were not looking for extravagant accommodations. While the home was well taken care of and clean, we had some frustrating issues that made it less than ideal for our very basic needs. The bed, though comfortable, did not have a mattress protector or a fitted sheet. A regular sheet was used instead of a fitted sheet and kept coming loose and rolling up. Additionally, for some reason, the top sheet was placed on top...

「I’d say all as advertised. Well priced and this is a much needed close option for a multi day Grand Canyon trip. Especially if, like me, you can’t find or don’t want to pay the premium of staying inside the Grand Canyon Village. The road (county gravel) is washboard/rough but flat and not difficult to traverse. It is in a trailer park vibe but only one mobile home looked unkeptI wish these hosts and this venture the very best.」
