「Exceptional service from the entire staff. The owner personally walked us around the entire property and shared valuable information about the area, which made our stay even more special. We were running late for check-in, but the front desk staff thoughtfully checked on us and waited to ensure we arrived safely. 「Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. 」

「This is our second time staying at the Nash Cabin and both times have been perfect for our family. The size of the house is roomy for everyone to spread out and lounge with comfy furniture and a large dining room. The play structure in the backyard was perfect for kids.
