“I would NOT recommend this VRBO. I chose it as a landing and gathering place for family from across the state and out of state. We looked forward to a comfortable place to cook, visit and hang out. We chose it for the yard, outdoor space and treehouse for children to play on and a secure yard for the dog. Unfortunately, the yard was littered with trash and cigarette butts, the fence was broken and the deck and treehouse were made of exposed wood that was not safe for children to play. The house……

“Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something……

“Easy access to apt. Great yard for dogs. Excellent communication with host. Upscale neighborhood with Cherry Creek State Park across the street. This is my second time staying there, and I hope to return and use the premises again next spring!”
