“The place was very clean and quiet, close to great restaurants and only 20 minutes to St. Jacob’s. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was just as described. We would warn anyone who is tall that the parts of the ceiling in this basement apartment are low enough to bump your head if you are not careful. The television didn’t work, though our host tried to get it working after we reported the problem. But really, apart from the tv and bumping my head once, it was a great place to stay.”

“Room was clean and tidy Bed was uncomfortable, spring mattress? Toilet seat very loose, kept shifting around. Shower entrance is small, caution to anyone who is wide. Damaged utensils. spatula melted.”

“Clean rooms, some loose construction materials and broken accessories ie the towel holder for the bathroom was broken and the bar and the hardware was on the window sill in the leaving room. Loose screws ontop of the fridge. And more construction materials in the cabinets Cleaning supplies where sufficient but was missing a dust pan.”

“We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the rustic charm that added to our Stratford experience. The host was excellent and communication was flawless. The decor was as pictured and we had everything we needed and then some. Pack light though, because you’ll be in for a bit of a work out up the stairs. Thanks for a fun stay!”
