“We have been to this property a couple of times but this will be our last. We waited at check-in for someone to help after texting as per the welcome desk instructions. There are no amenities available (coffee maker, breakfast). Parking was a struggle with us having to park off site. The TV in the sitting room of our suite was broken, which was not a hugh issue but was an inconvenience. “Was pleasantly surprised by the room we rented. Room number 1. Had a private washroom, fridge everything we needed for a 2 night stay at the beach. The bed could be a queen to give 2 adults a little more room. We were grateful for the air conditioner and coffee machine. They supplied a couple bottles of water, some granola bars which help when heading to the beach. “We recently stayed at Severn Lodge for a 2-night getaway, and despite a hiccup at the very beginning, we left thoroughly impressed and relaxed. Our trip started with a bit of stress when we arrived for check-in and the front desk couldn't locate our booking. However, the staff handled the situation with incredible grace.
