(no wifi/no signal) Waze does not take you to the location I payed for ~15 EUR extra for breakfast and int he morning there was noone around the so called "cantine" area. 8 km dirt road till you get there I arrived in the night it was a nightmare to find it I was expecting a little more for the price honestly and I am dissapointed about the breakfast. "They are very rude and mad all the time. They have no understanding of what customer service is, we stayed one night and left. I come to Sovata 3-5 times a year and they won’t be seeing us again. Crystal Hotel is the best. "
