「I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card.
And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself.
And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request.
I think they have many things need to be revamped.」

「When we got to the room the TV had no visuals only audio. After complaining multiple times with them telling us they would send someone to fix it it took over a day for a fix at an inconvenient time. Our bathroom was setup soo poorly we had to use the lobby bathrooms to sit on a toilet. The shower had no hot water and took a very long time to drain. Of the several elevators only 1 ever worked at a time with everyone trying to fit in the same one. After everything we only got the destination...
