「Well-appointed studio apartment (one room) with couch and bed. We didn’t use the dishwasher or washing machine, but it was nice to have if needed. There is a small outdoor space which could have been cleaner. We brought a white noise machine to avoid hearing noise from the next door bar, and it worked great. Building felt very secure and the surrounding neighborhood safe. We would rent this apartment again.」

「Oyo is a good place to stay in the heart of Times Square if you don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s especially good for a single traveler just coming for Broadway shows. The rooms are very tiny (but good for one). The only complaint is the mattress-it feels like a sleeper sofa (a hideaway bed that is thin and noisy.) Otherwise it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would stay here again.」

「We were a family of five so there was lots of space for us. It was nice to stay up a bit later and have kids go to sleep in the bedroom. Host’s communication was excellent. Check in was fairly easy. The entry to the building and stairwell were very underwhelming and you have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. The unit was as it is described and is older. Some of the trim needs to be painted or replaced. Mixed area nearby with a rec centre and lots of coffee shops and delis.」

「We didn’t spend much time at the apartment other than at night to sleep. The location is awesome & close to a lot of stuff. The only downside was only being able to use one appliance at a time. We definitely understood we were in an old building but being a group of 3 women it did make getting ready a lengthy task. The beds were really comfortable & the patio space was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!」
