Everything was perfect. Location is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Comfortable bed and living room furniture, which is very important. Very clean and well stocked. This is our second time staying at this location.

We had absolutely everything we needed for our home base as we explored and dined in beautiful historic St. Augustine. The condo is just a short stroll to the direct beach access and we could even hear the waves crashing as we enjoyed the view from the balcony. We were also just feet from the smaller pool and just a little further to the large pool. Can’t beat the location of this condo! Would definitely recommend!

splendid reunion
The property was great except for the third floor location and the stairs. Some may not mind the climb but I am an 81 year old with some issues with my legs. After getting our things up and in the condo, we did pretty well. Our grandkids had a wonderful time.

Everything was just as advertised. The beach was spectacular for walks in the morning and the pool for relaxing in the afternoon. We walked to nearby places and Old Town was a short drive away. There weren't any children in our group but it would be great for kids too!

This is our Second stay and will not be our last. We love the location, so many restaurants, Ice cream, etc in walking distance. Short walk to beach, great site personnel for any questions. We love St Augustine

This is a wonderful condo. The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the beach. The pools are even closer. It is a short drive to all the restaurants. There is a grocery store 2 minutes away. It is a 15 minute drive to St Augustine. The condo complex is beautiful, well maintained, and full of activities. The condo is really nice. It was quiet and clean. It had everything we needed. The owners are easy to work with. We really liked the electronic lock. No one wants to deal with keys. We would definitely stay here again.
