You cannot imagine the beauty of this oceanfront vacation spot. From the minute you walk into this newly redecorated condo your eyes will be transfixed by the beautiful and tranquil ocean view. Watch the waves break, and enjoy watching the sea oats as they wave in the breeze.

Direct Ocean Front. Beautifully re-nourished, non-driving beach. Small quiet boutique complex of only 9 units, so no large crowds. Complex features private pool, covered parking and an elevator for ease of unpacking.

The condo rental itself is located direct oceanfront with gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean from the moment you step inside. Tastefully appointed furnishings, all linens and towels provided as well.  The master bedroom with beautiful views of the ocean, has a King bed and private master bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom consists of a full size sofa bed for use when needed.

The fun doesn’t stop here. You will be a short walk from restaurants like Sunrise Grill, Café 11 and Salt Life. Check out the beach concerts and kids water park at the nearby beach pavilion. Take a short drive and check out the Alligator Farm and downtown St. Augustine. Then come home!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

 National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheater within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.
